Cannabis Flower
FOG Cannabis Flower · B&K
The plant in its most direct form, smoked or vaporized. Inhaled cannabis is the most forgiving and steerable route there is: one inhalation, a pause, and you feel exactly where you are before deciding on more.
The original form, breath by breath
This is whole dried flower, the bud of the cannabis plant, smoked or vaporized. Inhaled, it is the easiest route to steer because the feedback is almost immediate — you take one or two inhalations, wait, and feel precisely where you are before going further. That fast feedback is why flower is both the beginner route and the connoisseur route.
We price by strain and weight, from a gram to an eighth and up, so you choose both your amount and your character. Strain names are temperament cues: indica leans toward body and rest, sativa toward head and lift, and hybrids sit between. The deeper genetics live in our brands and strains reference.
Typical flower runs roughly fifteen to twenty-five percent THC, delivering about one to three milligrams absorbed per inhalation. A few measured hits in a calm space is the whole, classic experience — there is no need to rush the climb.
The dose ladder
Inhaled THC, in absorbed milligrams. The beauty of the route is that you titrate one breath at a time.
A Puff or Two
A gentle lift, brighter senses, a little ease. One or two inhalations for most flower.
The Classic Lift
A few measured hits — the full, familiar cannabis experience: relaxed body, lifted or settled head depending on strain.
The Deep End
Heavier body, more altered thought and time. Easy to reach with a potent strain; pace yourself between inhalations.
Couch Lock
Strongly sedating and immersive. For the experienced; with inhaled cannabis the feedback is fast, so you will know well before you arrive.
Take one or two inhalations, wait ten to fifteen minutes, then reassess. Because inhaled effects peak fast, you can always add more — but you cannot subtract. There is no lethal dose of cannabis alone; an overshoot is an uncomfortable hour, not a danger.
What to expect — within a breath
Fast, steerable and relatively short. The whole arc fits inside an evening.
Onset
The lift arrives almost at once. This immediacy is what makes flower so easy to dose by feel.
Peak
The fullest expression — body ease, mood, altered time, and the strain character coming through, bright and heady or soft and grounding.
Plateau
A steady, pleasant settle that can linger toward five hours with a strong dose. A good window for music, nature or quiet company.
Return
A gentle landing, sometimes with a little hunger or sleepiness. No long hangover at moderate doses.
What it offers
The most flexible sacrament we carry — the same plant can lift or ground depending on strain, dose and intention.
Steerable ease
Breath-by-breath control means you can find the exact ease you want and stop there, the reason flower is the route of mastery.
Presence and savour
Heightened senses make music, food, nature and company richer — a gentle doorway into the present moment.
Rest or lift, by strain
Indica-leaning strains soften toward rest; sativa-leaning ones brighten and lift. Choose the character to fit the evening.
A social or solitary rite
Equally at home shared in a circle or held alone in quiet reflection — the plant meets the setting you bring.
The pharmacology, for the curious
Why inhaled cannabis is the steerable route: speed and a built-in brake.
01Why inhaled is so fast
Inhaled THC crosses from the lungs into the blood and brain within seconds, so the felt effect tracks your last inhalation almost in real time. That tight feedback loop is what makes the route forgiving and easy to steer.
02The entourage effect
Flower carries THC alongside dozens of terpenes and minor cannabinoids. These shape the character — the difference a strain makes — beyond the raw THC number alone.
03CBD steers, THC drives
CBD rounds and calms the THC ride. Strains and products higher in CBD feel gentler; the CBD-to-THC ratio is the steering wheel of the whole experience.
04Indica, sativa, hybrid
These labels are loose temperament cues rather than strict botany, but they usefully predict whether a strain leans body-and-rest, head-and-lift, or somewhere between.
Far out — from the circle
Anonymised reports — the original form, met with intention.
Two slow hits of Zkittlez, a record on, and the whole room got softer and kinder. I did not need any more than that.
I always over-did edibles. Flower fixed me — I can feel each breath land and just stop when it is right.
Tractor Fuel after a long week and my shoulders finally dropped. Grounding, heavy, exactly what I came for.
Community reports, anonymised and shared for context and reverence. Every body and every journey is different — yours will be your own.
Safety first, always
Inhaled cannabis is forgiving and self-limiting thanks to fast feedback. The real cautions are smoke on the lungs, honest screening, and going slow with potent strains.
